I’m finally doing another book review and Oh my gosh YOU GUYS READ THIS BOOK PLEASE. This book had me in all the feels, I don’t even know where to begin. So let’s start off with where I got the book, Barnes and Noble. Okay so now that’s outta the way, whats the basic synopsis. FATE! (*shakes head*) Yes there’s that, but also love. That’s it, how can you not be hooked already?! I know it’s vague but if you haven’t read it what are you even doing here reading this??? (*disappointed mom look*)
OKAY SO IF YOU HAVEN’T READ THE BOOK LEAVE NOW OR BE PREPARED TO BE SPOILED AND HAVE YOU’RE HEARTBROKEN. (*looks over shoulder*) okay so now that they’re hopefully gone let’s talk about this wonderful work of art.
When I first started reading this I thought it was going to be a normal love dovey book that I would dismiss and never touch again. But that was a hard nope when we were introduced to the characters right off the bat. They were both struggling with life situations. And this is told from two points of view, which I looked for at the time because I loved those types.
When I say I was grabbed by the shoulders and shook, I’m not lying. I brought this book with me everywhere for those four or five-ish days. I was captured so much I forgot about my own problems and was with the characters. Each chapter seemed like there was something to be stressed about, but they each still wanted to be with each other.
On a side note, the thing that I thought was interesting was in the beginning when the author chose to go in the security guards point of view. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal until I read the epilogue. Like it all made sense but still had me in tears.
Though I will say the most laughable part was when Daniel took Natasha to meet his family. I was cringing and laughing at this part. (what about you guys?)
Now as I’m finally finishing up this book review in 2019 it was announced that it’ll become a motion picture! I already saw the trailer and am stocked. So I rate this a nine out of ten. The only reason is I thought they would end up together but they did keep a splash of reality in there which I highly enjoyed. As always I hope the rest of your day is great and I will see you guys next time!
